This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures and expectations for all orders placed through our website, Rigitfishing.com

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

This refers to the time it takes for our team to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. It is separate from the actual shipping/transit time.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within  1-3 business days from the date the order was placed.

  • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST may begin processing on the next business day.

  • Peak Seasons/Custom Items: Please allow extra time for processing during busy periods (e.g., holidays, major sales) 

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

             Domestic Shipping (Continental US)

 

  • We primarily ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO: We ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS only.

  • Carriers: USPS 

 

International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally to select countries. Please see the table below for available options and estimated times.

 

California Shipments

 

  • Since we are based in California, shipments within California may sometimes arrive faster than the standard estimate, or on the quicker end of the estimate

 

 Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Estimates

 

  • Shipping times listed below are estimates and are calculated from the day the package is shipped (i.e., after the processing time). Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Free Shipping Threshold

 

  • We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $99.00 before tax and shipping fees.

 

 Order Tracking

 

  • Tracking Availability: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier's website.

  • Timeframe: Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the tracking information to update on the carrier's site.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrectly Addressed Orders

 

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Rigit@rigitfishing.com within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please include your Order Number and photographs of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We will assist you with filing a claim and arranging a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows your package has not been delivered and the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package. After an investigation period of 10 days, if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders Only)

 

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers shipping outside of the United States are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
